At MSOL, we strive to create an environment where diversity does indeed make us stronger. Each element of diversity helps alleviate our tunnel vision, and leads to a more educated decision.
Our organization is completely decentralized. We have frameworks and processes defined, however, their purpose is to facilitate not hamper. We encourage each member of our team to hustle, solve problems, and add value - barrier free.
Everything we do must pass the test of social value. If an act or decision of ours doesn't net in positive social value, it must not be undertaken. And if you really think about it, this should be a no brainer.
There's infinite things we can do to improve our clients' lives, and our internal processes, but limited time. As a result, we prioritize activities based on the principle of value added per dollar spent.
