Vodo was designed to simplify how car owners access vehicle care services through a fast, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experience. The application allows users to discover available services, book appointments, and monitor service progress without unnecessary complexity. The project focuses on reducing friction commonly associated with car maintenance by offering transparent scheduling, clear service details, and dependable status updates. Emphasis was placed on trust, usability, and efficiency to ensure users feel confident when booking and managing services. My role involved designing intuitive flows, organizing service information, and ensuring the experience supports repeat usage.

Our approach focused on understanding the expectations and concerns of car owners when booking vehicle services digitally. We analyzed common pain points such as unclear pricing, unreliable scheduling, and lack of service visibility. Based on these insights, we designed a structured booking flow that guides users step by step, from service selection to confirmation. Clear layouts, predictable interactions, and reassuring feedback were prioritized throughout the experience. Iterative prototyping and usability testing helped refine appointment management and service tracking. My responsibilities included UX strategy, interaction design, and ensuring the interface communicates reliability and professionalism.
