Hub Laps is a centralized product management and analytics dashboard designed to simplify how teams oversee products and interpret performance data. The platform enables users to create and manage product pages while monitoring user counts, engagement metrics, and key indicators in real time. The project focused on organizing complex data into clear, actionable views that support fast and confident decision-making. By combining product management tools with usage insights in a single interface, Hub Laps reduces context switching and helps teams scale their operations through a clean, structured, and data-driven user experience.

Our Approach

Our approach focused on designing a dashboard experience that balances flexibility with clarity while supporting data-heavy workflows. We began by mapping user goals around product setup, monitoring growth, and evaluating performance. Information architecture played a central role, ensuring that product management actions and analytics were logically grouped and easy to access. We emphasized consistency, predictable navigation, and visual hierarchy to reduce cognitive load. Iterative prototyping and testing helped refine chart layouts, table structures, and interaction patterns. My role involved shaping the UX strategy, defining data presentation standards, and designing scalable components that adapt as product data grows.

Key Challenges & Solutions

A key challenge was presenting multiple data points—such as user counts, engagement metrics, and product status—without overwhelming users. We addressed this by prioritizing essential metrics, using progressive disclosure, and designing dashboards that surface insights at a glance. Another challenge involved supporting both quick monitoring and deeper analysis within the same interface. This was solved through modular layouts, expandable views, and clear visual cues. Ensuring scalability as more products and data were added also influenced component design. These solutions resulted in a dashboard that remains clear, responsive, and usable as complexity increases.
