Oscar was designed to deliver a reliable and convenient digital shopping experience for customers of a large retail chain in Egypt. The application allows users to browse a wide range of products, explore discounts and promotions, manage shopping lists, and place orders for home delivery or in-store pickup. The project focused on simplifying everyday shopping tasks while maintaining speed, clarity, and consistency across the experience. Emphasis was placed on intuitive navigation, offer visibility, and flexible fulfillment options to support both planned grocery trips and quick, on-the-go purchases.

Our approach focused on understanding how users interact with large retail catalogs and how they balance browsing, deal-hunting, and quick purchasing. We analyzed common shopping behaviors such as searching for essentials, checking offers, and repeating previous orders. Based on these insights, we designed clear category structures, prominent promotions, and streamlined shopping flows. The interface prioritizes ease of use, fast access to key actions, and minimal friction during checkout. Iterative prototyping and testing helped refine pickup and delivery flows, ensuring the experience remains smooth and predictable. My role involved defining UX flows, layout structure, and interaction patterns.

Error prevention, confirmation states, and consistent feedback were essential to building trust. These solutions resulted in a streamlined retail experience that supports both browsing and fast decision-making.
