MSOL Driver App was designed as a dedicated tool for delivery drivers to manage assigned orders from acceptance to completion. The app centralizes order details, customer information, navigation, and status updates into one clear workflow. The main goal was to reduce delays, miscommunication, and operational friction during deliveries. By focusing on speed, clarity, and reliability, the solution supports high-volume delivery operations while ensuring drivers can complete tasks confidently and efficiently in real-world conditions.

Our approach focused on creating a simple, distraction-free experience tailored for drivers on the move. We designed task-based flows that guide drivers step by step through order acceptance, pickup, delivery, and completion. Clear visual hierarchy, large touch targets, and minimal interactions were prioritized to improve usability and safety. Real-time feedback, status confirmations, and consistent UI patterns were used to ensure drivers always understand the current order state and next required action.
