The app centralizes order assignments, pickup details, delivery status, and navigation in one streamlined experience. The primary objective was to reduce confusion, delays, and manual communication by providing real-time updates and clear task flows. The solution emphasizes speed, reliability, and usability to support high-volume delivery operations while ensuring accurate order handling and timely deliveries.

Our approach focused on simplicity and clarity, considering the fast-paced nature of delivery workflows. We designed clear task-based screens that guide drivers step by step from order acceptance to successful delivery completion. Visual hierarchy and minimal interactions were prioritized to reduce distractions while driving. We also focused on real-time feedback, clear status indicators, and error prevention to support confident actions. The interface was optimized for quick scanning, easy navigation, and reliable performance in real-world delivery conditions.
