IntegraWMS was designed to provide businesses with full visibility and control over warehouse operations through a centralized, data-driven system. The platform supports inventory tracking, inbound and outbound workflows, and logistics coordination while introducing 3D visualization to represent warehouse layouts and storage structures accurately. The project focused on improving inventory accuracy, operational awareness, and planning efficiency. By translating complex spatial and operational data into clear visual and analytical views, IntegraWMS enables teams to manage warehouses more effectively and make informed decisions based on real-time insights.

Our approach centered on understanding warehouse workflows, spatial constraints, and the challenges operators face when managing large inventories. We worked closely with operational requirements to map real-world warehouse structures into a digital environment. Information architecture was designed to separate operational tasks from analytical views while keeping navigation consistent. Special focus was placed on integrating 3D visualization in a way that enhances understanding rather than adding complexity. Iterative prototyping and validation ensured that inventory data, workflows, and spatial representations remained aligned, intuitive, and efficient. My role included defining UX structure, interaction logic, and visualization patterns.
