Project Overview

Flamingo was designed to provide a fast and convenient grocery shopping experience tailored to users in Egypt. The platform allows customers to quickly discover products, add items to their cart, place orders, and track deliveries through a clean and responsive mobile interface. The project focused on reducing friction in everyday shopping by optimizing speed, clarity, and reliability across the entire journey. Special attention was given to product organization, repeat ordering, and delivery transparency to build trust and encourage frequent use. My role involved shaping the UX flows, layout structure, and interaction patterns that support quick decision-making.

Our approach focused on understanding time-sensitive shopping behavior and the expectations users have when ordering groceries online. We studied how users navigate product lists, search for essentials, and reorder frequently purchased items. Based on these insights, we designed streamlined flows that minimize steps from browsing to checkout. Clear navigation, prominent search, and smart product grouping were prioritized to support speed. Iterative prototyping and usability testing helped refine checkout, address selection, and order confirmation screens. My responsibilities included defining information architecture, optimizing interaction flows, and ensuring the experience remained intuitive under fast-paced usage.
